Attainable Undergrad Business School?

Hi, I've been scanning through as much information as I can come across as to what colleges I should plan on applying for and have a chance at getting into. First here's a bit of background info:

3.6 unweighted gpa, 4.3 weighted gpa
13/455 in class
International Baccalaureate Programme
700 verbal/690 math/610 writing on first sitting for SAT
Decent extracurriculars (sports, NHS, tutoring, community service, leadership in academic studies)

I'm currently considering the Barrett Honors College with WP Carey Business at ASU as a primary choice as it's instate for me, and I'll likely get a full ride there. However, I'm curious if I have better options out of state that I could have a chance at getting into; specifically, USC, or Haas/Wharton (a bit out there I know). For a specific degree, I'm leaning toward Management with an emphasis on preparing for a technology oriented job (intel/microsoft/ibm sort of thing) but I'm still undecided. So any advice as to where I should be looking, or maybe what I could do to improve my profile (currently a junior) would be great and very much appreciated.

"Management with an emphasis on preparing for a technology oriented job (intel/microsoft/ibm sort of thing)"

Sounds like Carnegie Mellon (Tepper Business) though Tepper offers a lot more than the stereotypical "tech business fields". I think it is #2 in Management Information Systems and #2 in Quantitative Analysis. The school is #5 overall and has a median starting salary of 55k without bonuses (60+ with bonuses).

Thanks for the advice, what would you guess my chances are of getting accepted there?

Hard to tell with the rises in apps. Depends on essays and future rises in applications next year.

As it stands I'd give you a decent shot and probably a very good shot if you do Early Decision.

Actually, I would say that when it comes to tech management, it would be MIT Sloan that would first come to mind. It's hard to come up with a better tech management school than that.
