I'm a sophomore in college and I just turned 20. Am I too old for my year? Should I be a junior? If I'm lucky, I'll be almost 23 when I get a bachelor's degree. Is that normal?

You are definitely not too old. I know people who spent 5 years to get their bachelor’s and I’ve had people in my classes in their late 20s and beyond. Age isn’t a factor that comes up. There’s no need to rush through college - enjoy your time there.

No, you’re right on…my D is 19, is a sophomore, has a summer birthday and is on the younger end of her friends/classmates ages. One of her best friends, also a sophomore is turning 21 very soon.
