Does anyone know how long it takes for SFP to crank out a financial aid award letter? They recieved both my FAFSA and planned enrollment form last week, but I have not yet heard back with a financial aid offer letter. Is this typical? How much longer should I wait before I call them?

It can take a few weeks, I sent my financial info in at the end of March and got it back in mid-April. On the other hand, how do you know they got your enrollment letter, did they contact you (I never got any response)?

Go to https://admissions.columbia.edu/?, click "track your application," and fill out your personal stuff. After you've clicked "application document requirement tracking" you will (or should) be able to see whether or not your planned enrollment form is "recieved and complete."

ah this is quite a nice feature, they didn't have that last year.

Thanks. It doesn't say it for me, but I sent it in near the end of April so it might not be updated. There is no box that says it was not received, or anything like that, though. I sent them an email asking about it, I might call them tomorrow too.

I should have mentioned earlier that I was admitted to general studies. It may be different for CC/SEAS people, although I can't imagine why.
