hey there...I'm aware that on your apps, you have an area where you can list awards or honors you've gotten. I have awards that I obtained from school, but I also have a few random ones from ec's....barn awards, I won a contest for the most innovative new equine grooming tool idea (hosted by company), etc. I always thought that these were kind of useless, but after reading other threads, are these something I should list? I really don't want it to look like I'm straining to bulk up my applications (I'd be fine without them), but I figure that if there's a chance they're significant, why not?

Rank the importance and list them under the awards and Honors section. There are only 5 slots. Unless you can combine some of them, you may have to drop something or list them in the additional information.

I love the grooming tool one–that’s interesting, it shows a lot actually, initiative problem solving. Put it! Listing awards is a further indication of time and commitment toward an activity. As said above, it isn’t a huge list where you have to reach back to your gold star for toilet training or anything.

@billcsho and @BrownParent thank you for your answers!! Quite helpful
