Baccalaureate/MD program

<p>My daughter is ready to submit her online application for the Baccalaureate/MD program.</p>

<p>One problem--we don't see a "Submit" button. We expect it to appear on the last page of the application, the "Application Summary" page; however, there's only a "Log Out" button on that page.</p>

<p>All of the checkboxes on the "Application Summary" page are checked, indicating that she has completed all of the required essays, etc.</p>

<p>How does she submit her online application for the Baccalaureate/MD program?</p>
