Hey everyone. I’m back at the drawing board. I want to get a bachelors after I get my computer networking certificate. I’m debating on what. My long term career goals is to be a technology specialist and or media specialist at a school. At the same time I want to get a grad certificate in cyber security for a cyber security job as a backup just in case I don’t get a job at a school. What bachelors should I go for?
Why do you want to get a bachelor’s?
Because I want to have a good education.
And I want to work for a school
Well, for technology specialist Information Technology, of course. But if you do a rigorous program in that, I’m afraid you may find the jobs in schools boring, making little use of the knowledge you will have acquired.
http://study.com/articles/Media_Specialist_Duties_Salary_Outlook_and_Requirements.html says, “Bachelor’s degree in education or library sciences with a focus on media.”
