Bad Sophomore GPA? Chances for scholarships?

Hi guys, I'm currently a high school junior. I'm hoping to get a full scholarship to a state university. What would be my chances? In freshman year, I took 1 AP course and 6 honors courses and had a 4.0 GPA. However in sophomore year, I took 3 AP courses and 3 honor courses but had a 3.22 GPA. In junior year, I took 5 AP courses and 2 honor courses and had a 4.0 GPA. In addition, my ACT score was 34. I also volunteer at the local hospital, tutor underprivileged teens, volunteer at the library. I'm also on varsity track and tennis. I also play piano, cello, guitar, and drums. I have won several competitions for piano and have gotten into the Allstate orchestra 3 years in a row.

Thank you!
