Balancing a less than stellar UW GPA?

I'm merely asking this for ivys/stanford, and this not a chance thread. I'm just wondering if, in general, other things can balance out a poor(at least for ivys) unweighted gpa.

My UW is about 3.8(5 Bs in total), whereas my weighted is about 4.5, as i've taken all the hardest classes offered. I also have a 2340 SAT and 2 800s for SAT2, and I'm working on an internship(SIMR) which was very selective and will help me with a project to submit to Intel/Siemanns/etc.

So would those things and getting like semifinalist in Intel/Siemanns(low chance I know) balance out my gpa for the most selective colleges?
I know I'll get into a fine school no doubt, and I know no one knows for sure, I'm just wondering other peoples opinion.

Rank will determine it, if you’re still near the top of your class with your scores and strong ECs you have a shot. 5 B’s at many schools is ivy material, at others it’s not. Also helps if you’re from an underrepresented state, first gen, low income.
