Even the OOS cost isn’t very high for a B-school. ($20,500). Bama seems to have a lot of int’l students in its B-school which was evidenced after the Tornadoes and many were on campus after school closed because their flights were previously purchased. Lakeside Dining was like a United Nations cafeteria. It was very interesting talking to these students during this time. We met many students from Asia, Central America, and South America, and some from Europe and Africa.

Bama is one of the few better state schools that does NOT charge higher prices for instate or OOS for grad school.

U Alabama: Instate: $7,900 per year; Out-of-state: $20,500 per year (same as undergrad)

For instance - these peer publics’ grad school rates are much higher than their undergrad rates: (many of these are ranked below Manderson)

Bama is ranked pretty high and reasonably priced too.

Wow, UCONN only $11K, what was my excuse to not get an MBA, oh yeah KIDS. I tried to take one 3 credit grad class at one of the state colleges this past winter and it was $4000 just for one class. The fees are the same, so they don’t amortize over 3-4 classes.
