Bama Out of State Frosh

<p>Interesting article and graphics on the number of students being recruited from out of state by public universities. Looks like Bama is #11 in the numbers, which is impressive given the sizes and numbers of universities in many of the other states.</p>

<p>This ranks states, not schools. The state of Alabama is #11. </p>

<p>the State of Pennsylvania is #1 with nearly 28,000 OOS frosh (not all at PSU…lol) because it has an ivy (UPenn) and extensive PSU satellite system, and UPitt is generous to OOS students.</p>

<p>The state of Alabama has 9100 OOS frosh…of which 3000 are at Bama. :)</p>
