Banking locatons near walking distance from campus?

First of all thank to those who answered my last post. Ok, now I want to know which major bank companys in walking distance from the campus? Theres no M&T
bank near where I live.

Oh, also how is the cell phone signal in the campus? Specifically for T-mobile..

Thanks to those who answer

there is a m&t bank in the campus, its in the new union, so dont worry its not off campus, so its very convinient. i have t-mobile and to tell u the truth, its not the best service in the world, for example, one time it was raining and i was under my umbrella and the service was bad. and the times wen im on the bus heading to new york city, im without service for about 1 hr or more.

Hi, would you happen to know if most students in the dorms share a dorm refrig & microwave , or do the students generally just have their own small refrig.
Also, I was curious if tv are shared usually or if students use the new tv tuners with their laptops. Thanks very much

well im not sure if everyone in the dorms shared a frige and microwave, but from what i saw, i noticed that it was 50-50. some people shared their friges and microwaves with their room mate/s. Some people had their own and didnt share with their room mate. in my case, my room mate and i shared a microwave which i brought, and a frige that we both bought together,(she ended up taking cuz we're not gonna be room mates anymore in the fall, so she gave me back what i had payed). i also shared a tv with my room mate, which i brought, tv's are one of the few things that room mates have 2 of, so they actually do share the tv. i had a friend who didnt get along with her room mate, and she actually had to get a tv for herslef. it was kind of wierd actually cuz both of them ended up having wars and arguing on why the other always put the volume high on purpose lol

But does anyone know if any other major banks other than M&T Bank walking distance from the campus? Like CitiBank, HSBC, Bank of america, chase... so on?
I want to access my account both from my hometown and binghamton. Theres no M&T bank near where I live. Thanks

For Cell Phone service.. T-Mobile is decent because they have a network tower on top of Binghamton's library tower. However, I would still say Verizon is the best cell phone service in Binghamton. Primarily because with T-Mobile you don't really get service in the residential halls, only outside. so when it gets cold in the winter your not going to want to go outside and make a phone call. I prefer Verizon in the Binghamton area, but it depends on what your options are.

Secondly for banking...the only bank on campus is M&T Bank. Now there are other banks in the Binghamton area, but none of them are really in walking distance. There are HSBC banks and I think a Bank of America close to campus, but you would probably need to take a bus because the walk can be upwards of 30-45 minutes. The problem with the campus at Binghamton is that you can't really walk to anywhere offcampus because it would take too long...unless you visit the stores adjacent to the campus.

I was fortunate to have an M&T Bank in my neighborhood freshmen year, so I just opened up an account through them. Most of my friends freshmen year, however, just kept their Bank of America or HSBC accounts and just withdrew money from the M&T Bank ATMs on campus. There usually is a $1-2 fee for that withdrawal, but its a nice convenience to keep your same account with whatever previous bank you were using.

Currently, Im living offcampus this year at bing so I will be using HSBC for my banking options. Let me know if you have any other questions.

The question were basically answered above...

I'd just like to add

I have a t-mobile sidekick 3 and the service indoors is HORRIBLE no calls at all indoors, as previously stated, but outdoors is good...
