Barber Shops at Cornell?

are there any barber shops on campus where one could get a haircut? and if there is, what are the usual prices for haircuts? i appreciate any feedback guys and thanks.

This thread title made me chuckle because I’ve also pondered the same thing. I’ve been going to the same Vietnamese lady for the past 11 years and she’s memorized every nuance of my head lol. She’s also really cheap at $10 a haircut.

This made me chuckle.

[There used to be a barbershop in the Straight, BTW, right on the main floor to the left as you walk in. But they turned it into a bank branch, for whatever reason.]

Um. For pretty good haircut for cheap, Studio 108 (i think is the name) in Collegetown is like $12 and does a good job. It also includes a shampoo. The best place, however, is the Aveda salon. It’s like $25-30 but totally worth it.

For guys, CityStyle is the best quality in Ithaca. Haircut and shampoo is $30. Yeah it’s expensive but I don’t trust any other place here. If I don’t get a haircut here, I just wait until I’m back home over a break.

AVOID the Big Red Barber on Dryden (across from Proper Puss). She is terrible! On multiple occasions, she ruined the haircut so bad that I was forced to just buzz off all my hair with clippers and just start fresh.
