Bard College Supplement (Warning: Snarky)

Would anyone be kind enough to read my Bard Supplement essay? I chose to answer the Seneca question which I'll post below. I'm wondering if I should send this essay or give them an old analytical essay I wrote in school, so any feedback would be great. I just want to know if I'm being too snarky/playful about the prompt.

THANKS!

Prompt:

"The Roman philosopher Seneca, writing in the first century, wrote a set of letters of advice to a young friend. In the 23rd letter he wrote, "Make this your business: learn how to feel joy...true joy, believe me, is a serious thing." Write a short response to these thoughts, indicating if you wish, the extent to which you may have come to realize that Seneca was right."

Hey Mentos,
Did you just take off with my essay? I didn’t get a response. I would be really disappointed if you just stole my supplement. Please respond or I will assume the worse.
