If my teacher is bad, should I go for it?

Sure. It has good information. Besides, my AP World History doesn’t teach, and most of AP World History knowledge came from my APWH textbook.

I recommend using Barron’s in conjunction with PR. Barron’s provides a lengthy review and is especially helpful if you took the test without a class. PR is great because it summarizes the information and makes sure you know everything you absolutely need to without going into too much detail.

Barron’s is very detailed. PR covers what you need to know; it’s a bit detailed but not overly detailed. 5 Steps to a 5 sucks b/c it’s too quick. It’s not detailed enough :(

But I agree with FlamingPiWalrus. You should use Barron’s to learn the history if you have a crappy teacher and PR to review for the exam.
