Beggars in Ann Arbor?

<p>I loved it too, I went on a tour a week before you did. But to me it was kind a tease (for me at least). I think I have a pretty good shot getting in, but paying for out of state tuition will be a huge burden. I’m thinking about doing ROTC though (if I get the scholarship), so then it would not be a problem. </p>

<p>Driving home, I live less than 3 hours away from Ann Arbor, it was so close, yet so far away. But I’m still holding out with hope.</p>

<p>Just FYI, but you won’t find any bums on the Engineering campus. Really you only run into homeless people bugging you for money along State St and South U. Other than that you’ll see them digging through trash bins for cans throughout the student ghetto. But they won’t bother you for money outside the State St and South U corridors.</p>
