I know its probably REALLY competitive to enter but to what extent?
Average UPenn students are brilliant. Are these honor students geniuses? </p>

<p>penn tells you if they designate you a BF scholar... so you cant really apply to it. its basically like an advanced research/seminar program and you get to take certain classes that the rest of the college needs special permission for.
and penn is very diverse. you get your fair share of geniuses and crackheads all mixed in there.</p>
<p>is that only for college students?</p>
<p>if you mean socioeconomically / racially ...no. penn's really lacking there.</p>
