I was extremely surprised and shocked to have gotten accepted into Berkeley!!! I only applied because I had one more school to send my UC app to since I got the fee waiver. It never crossed my mind that I would get admitted into Cal…I truly think they liked the leadership skills I showed through my essays and my EC’s throughout high school. This shows that it’s not always about the high test scores! :)

Congrats to everyone on Berkeley! Hopefully some of you who have gotten into UCLA as well choose to go to Cal so I can get off the UCLA wait list :stuck_out_tongue: jk jk.

Accepted!!

This a strange stats-posting system that I will likely butcher since I am not from CA and thus am unfamiliar with UC weighting. If you want to see my stats, check any of the Ivy results pages.

I was also waitlisted at Vanderbilt, Cornell, and Brown. I am pursuing those, but will be attending UCBerkeley if those do not work out.
