Best Acceptance Package

Oh i'm very sorry kali4niagirl, i misunderstood your post. Trust me, I know what its like to get a short rejection letter (ahem...georgetown..practically one line). Anyways, good luck with everything!

BEST - USC. I loved the certificate, parking permits, booklets, etc.

WORST - Amherst. Single piece of paper with the cliched, trying-to-reassure-you-but-can't comments. blah.

I only applied to several UCs and Stanford, so those are the only ones I can compare it to.

Best: Stanford- They gave a huge folder with a bunch of information on it when I was accepted in December. They included a car decal also and everything was neat and very interesting to read. However, the best part was that in the admission letter, the director of admission personally handwrote a little note that referred to something I talked about in my essay, which was awesome. Moreover, just a few weeks ago, they sent another big envelope with congratulations on it to make us feel special again amidst all the other college admissions rolling in. It included a bunch of magnet words that you can make sentences out of with Stanford lingo and stuff. I thought all the stuff they sent is amazing.

Worst: UCLA, UC Davis, and UCSD. Those were just like what other people sent. However, Berkeley sent a little certificate looking thing that was kinda neat.
