<p>My cousin is applying for schools for Fall 2014 and I’ve recommended applying to some CUNY schools since he wishes to attend school in NYC. His top choice is the School of Visual Arts in Manhattan, but it comes with a high price tag. Which CUNY school would offer the strongest academic program in this area?
