<p>I can’t say who I work for in a public forum, but suffice it to say that if you honestly believe the comments you’ve posted in this thread, you have no experience in the industry.</p>
<p>Accenture is not a management consulting firm by any stretch of the imagination. They’re an implementation firm, not a strategy firm, and do not even attempt to compete in strategy. While Accenture claims to have a “strategy” division, it’s very small and primarily serves in support of the IT work, not the other way around.</p>

<p>If you want to get super technical, then what you are saying may be true. In the grand scheme of things, Accenture, whether a “strategy” or “implementation” firm, is a management consulting firm. Hell, Accenture labels itself as such.</p>
