<p>Does anyone have personal experience or knowledge about the business schools with entrepreneurship programs? Entrepreneur Magazine recently published a list of the top 25 such programs, and many of the schools were not those well known outside their regions.</p>
<p>Any first hand information would be appreciated.</p>
<p>I am almost through the Entrepreneurship MBA program at the University of Louisville (ranked #16) and it is an outstanding program! </p>
<p>We compete in business plan competitions each year and two of our four competing teams last year came in 3rd and 4th place at the main national competition (Moot Corp). Our teams combined won more than $100,000 in prize money in 2009! </p>
<p>We are also given great access to venture capitalists, serial entrepreneurs and investors in the area. The professors really prepare you for the real world of launching a business, and many students who pursue entrepreneurial ventures after graduation are extremely successful. A 2008 graduate just got a $5 million investment for a medical device she developed and launched.</p>
