Best M.A in International Relations

<p>Hello, which are the best M.A in International Relations?
I am talking specifically about IR, i don't want MPP,MPA,etc etc..especially because i don't have a lot of work experience and these programs seems to be made mostly for proressional. In sum,if you are graduating without a real work experience which program should you choose?
What do you guys think/know about the M.A in IR offered at NYU and the one offered at BU? anyone knows the rate of accepted students?
