Best meal plan for weight lifting/healthy eating?

i have to eat at least 5 meals a day and it has to be healthy food, if anybody knows about meal plans which would be the best for me?

hate to break it to you... you can't eat healthy at ucr cafeterias. Just finished my freshman year and it was damn near impossible and if i could it would taste even worse.

Eat breakfast in your room. Oatmeal, milk and protein powder (if you have fridge and microwave.) Healthiest, fastest and saves on meals. Helps spread out your protein as you can only absorb so much at a time.

For you, I hope you know how to cook, I guess you're gonna have to learn a year earlier :). Jokes aside, 10.
