<p>They wouldn't let me take a steinhardt class(intro to food and food science) because they said they were saving it for the food science majors who apparantly havent picked classes yet</p>
<p>I took Techniques in Regional Cuisine. Skip the intro to food science class because I don't think there's much actual cooking involved (unless you're interested in nutrition, I guess?) If there is cooking involved, I think you repeat recipes over and over.</p>

<p>Conversations of the West: Antiquity to the Enlightenment with Prof. Robert Chazan is a "less demanding" MAP class. Nice lectures, easy exams, response papers are frequent but they're a breeze.</p>
<p>Too bad I think Lieberman left. He's not teaching international econ next semester. I was holding out on international econ to take his class (Lieberman's int'l econ fills up about 3 minutes into registration and there's usually a 40-70 person waitlist). Damn.</p>
<p>Christine Harrington from the politics department has got to be the hardest professor/teacher I've ever had, ever. On the other hand she REALLY knows her stuff.</p>
<p>NYU 9090: Registration times are decided by the number of credits you have, whether those credits have been earned at NYU or have been transferred as AP scores or from another institution. </p>

<p>Is Hu a good professor for Calc? There isnt much info on him/her on ratemyprofessor or the CAS CFE’s. Is he/she more popular than the other calc teachers?</p>
