alright... my UW GPA was 3.0 my SAT was a 2050 (780 Math 670 CR 600 Writing)

I've taken during my 3 years: Bio, Chem, Physics, Physiology, Spanish (3 years), English (3 years), World History, AP US History, Honors Geometry, Honors Algebra 2/Trig, AP Calculus AB, AP Stat, PE (2 years), Art 1, Foods 1 (basically home ec)

i was just wondering what college would be best for me if i intended on going to med school after I'm done with undergrad...

purely off academics.. not social life or w/e

This board usually isn’t the best for undergrad college recommendations, however you will hear that you have a shot at medical school no matter where you go to college. The most important thing is whether or not the school is a good fit. The best advice I can give you is to go wherever you will be happiest (and therefore most likely to succeed academically as well as socially).

i’ve already ranked colleges off of how i feel i would fit in there and everything… i was just wondering what college would academically fit me best of i were trying to find the best way to get into med school

It’s really too broad a question without specifically knowing the schools you are considering. Look into each school’s premed advising system and how many kids per year apply to med school; the strength of the advising is the single most important thing in determining how ‘good’ a premed program is.

i mean like what are the best colleges outside the USNews top 40… just in general what would be considered the best/easiest path to becoming a doctor from outside the top 40 colleges

what i want to know is what is considered academically the best path

just curious, how do u get stats on a school’s advising system and its applicants? i guess it may just be the schools i’m looking at, but yeah thanks in advance

Simply put, there is NO SPECIFIC best path. As someone has mentioned, your best option is to choose a school which you think you will excel at. This is a school that you feel will fulfill your needs as a student and a human being. What your needs are is only something you can answer.

your state school or something. Usually easier than Top 40 colleges but i wouldnt overestimate that statement.
