Best Schools to learn Russian?

<p>I am a current high school student looking to major in either international relations or international business. I would also like to supplement either of those with a critical foreign language (Arabic, Pashto, Korean, Chinese, Russian, etc.). The language I am most interested in is Russian. Which schools have a good program to learn the Russian language. Right now I am looking at American University and Miami University (OH). Are those good schools for Russian?</p>
