Best Science (Phys, Chem) AP/SAT II books

<p>I am taking the SAT II Chem and SAT II Physics this May, as well as AP Chem and AP Physics. What are the best prep books for each of these tests (except for maybe AP Chem since my teacher said I don't need to prep that much besides take some practice tests from his collection of a dozen or so)?</p>
