<p>Consider these things about interviews.
The interviewer is a professional, and he/she/they will take notes about each candidate. After the interviews are over, they will do something like have dinner before deciding who gets second round interviews.
By getting a first round, you meet the minimum requirements established by the company to get the job, so you’re in good shape. You now must show that your experience qualifies you for the job MORE than your peers’ experiences qualify them for it.
Regardless of how stacked your resume is, you are going to need to find a way to stand out. You need to show the company that you are going to be the best possible fit for the company.</p>
<p>If an interviewer has already decided who to give second round interviews to before the end of the day, they are not very professional, and you probably wouldn’t want to be a part of that company anyway!</p>
