For some people, making the trip to actually visit a school's campus is very difficult. However, it is highly stressed that one visits so they can get a feel for the school. Most colleges have a virtual tour of their campus so prospective students can get a feel for the campus while seated at their computer. Please list which schools, that you have experienced, have the best virtual tours. If possible, provide a link!

Virtual tours are the next best thing to being there. :)

I like the ones where you can use your mouse to “look around.”

Also, visiting various departments’ websites also provides some good insight.

CollegeClickTV has some interesting student interviews. Regardless of their accuracy, the videos give a pretty good look at the actual campus.

Rice University has the best virtual tour I’ve seen so far. [Rice University - Virtual Tours](http://www.rice.edu/virtualtours/)

go on youtube and type “theU.com (college name) intro”
it doesnt only focuse on the good things, so it gives a pretty good idea of what the college actually is like.
the thing is, they only do more ‘known’ colleges, so alot of them arent on there

i’ve seen collegeclickTV and liked it

and also youniversitytv.com

Smith has a nice one
