<p>Just wanted to alert readers that some so-called college consulting outfits are complete scams that merely try to sell insurance or other products under the guise of offering clients "financial advice" and "cash flow analysis" for financing a college education. I have heard that the College and Retirement Solutions based out of Chatham, NJ is one such consulting company that charges outrageous fees from gullible parents for advice that's pretty much worthless!</p>
