Biblical allusions for AP LIT

anyone know of a good website for this?

do most review books include this?

im not a christian and nobody in my family knows anything about christianity or the bible for that matter, but i know the bible pretty well from just reading and reading it. ive read the entire thing at least twice and can normally pick up on biblical allusions. some schools have bible class now for ppl who want to be able to spot biblical allusions in literature. also, things like the history channel and stuff always have specials on biblical stories and such. im sure that alot of those study aides like sparknotes and stuff have it as well (ive never really had this problem, b/c ive read the bible alot, so im not sure), just know the stories of the bible. if u look up the novels ur reading on wikipedia, they might mention it somewhere. wikipedia is helpful to find out stories and stuff mentioned in the bible too.
i dont think u need to worry about it though, as long as u pick a bk that doest have biblical allusions then u're set...so dont worry about it too much. ull be fine without it.

Most books that are from a decent publisher should have footnotes when the author makes a Biblical allusion. My Dover Thrift Edition of The Taming of the Shrew footnoted the Biblical allusions.
