Hi
I was just wondering what kind of gap would big 4 want from uci grads. would 3.2+ be ok? or do they require 3.5+?
I am an econ major and will finish 6 accounting class by graduation(30ab, 131ab, 132ab)
Also, they do recruit only for la, oc, and sd offices? or do they recruit across the nation for example seattle or pittsburgh or any other random cities?
thank you!!

3.2+ may be ok for one firm, but it may not be for the other. Aim for 3.5+ at the minimum. 6 accounting courses will not be enough to be CPA eligible (on top of the 225 total unit requirement, and 45 accounting unit requirement, for 2014).

They recruit for the LA & OC offices, SD & SF/SJ depends on the firm. If you wish to be recruited to a city somewhere else in the nation, then you will have to communicate that to the recruiters for UCI.
