I’ve decided I’d like to spend my career researching the causes and effects of electromagnetic fields naturally created by organisms, as well as the effects of foreign electromagnetic fields on organisms. I’m here hoping for guidance on what major/s, specific courses and/or fields I should complete to best prepare and qualify me for success in this field. I have a very small amount of college credit so please advise me as if I were right out of high school. I greatly appreciate any and all advice and extra information.
While I’m not terribly familiar with this niche area, I imagine it would require a background in physics or electrical engineering (supplemented by electives in biology).
I would say biology as primary, with physics as a secondary area.
