Does anyone know of any biology internships for a sophmore (high school) that don´t need a letter of rec? What are the least competitive biology internships for high schoolers?

I’d be surprised at getting anything worth while as a sophomore. Do you have any opportunities nearby where you can volunteer? Hospital, nature center, zoo?
