It is a heavy workload. But my biggest concern is the “not strong in math and science” statement. That’s gonna make four a tough four (or five or six years). Your initial post mentions picking BME to stay close to the healthcare field. I’d strongly advise you to talk with your academic adviser and the campus career center. BME works best if you do grad work too, which means even more math/science and research. You may be able to find a better fit major.
