<p>I’m still waiting for Berkeley, and the website says the same for me. Not keeping much hope up for it, but I suppose you never know.</p>
<p>Guys… I heard from my friend who called Berkeley that the decision emails would be sent out tomorrow and applicants who get thru would get a post from the grad school…</p>

<p>Got a reject mail from Berkeley… !! Strong pool of applicants with 90% V and 94% quants… and 3.8 GPA… being the reason !!.. Very disappointing !</p>
<p>Just got the Berkeley rejection email too. My stats were fine, but I had no bioeng background. Wish I had written a better SoP-- maybe I could have squeaked in? Oh well.</p>

<p>hi! I’m new here…this is a great thread! I haven’t heard from BU yet, I called today and they said that they have so many applications that they’re totally backlogged. They haven’t gotten to a bunch of apps yet, apparently. The secretary I talked to said that she thinks decisions will be out next week.</p>
<p>As for MIT, I spoke to the director of BE (I’m an MIT undergrad), and he said that they’re hoping this Friday will be their last major meeting to get through most (if not all) of the apps they haven’t seen yet and the apps that are in the “maybe” pile. So, if you applied and haven’t gotten rejected or an interview, I’d say your app is either a “maybe” or it hasn’t been looked at yet.</p>

<p>got rejected from berkeley also… my stats weren’t that bad compared to the average though… i’m gonna say i got rejected b/c i’m not a US citizen. haha. 
but i got admitted to wisconsin! hehe i’m so relieved to know that i’ll have a school to go to.</p>
<p>@lpolstein … I mailed Columbia bme last week and they said it would take 4-6 weeks or more for decisions to be available. and they would let us know as and when decisions become available… It has already been 7/8 weeks i guess… I haven’t heard anything from them.

<p>thanks worriedbiomed! I got an email today, but a professor called me on monday to talk about her research and stuff. She said they’re still processing the applications, so I don’t think they sent out all the invites yet. good luck!!!</p>
