I know this might be a dumb question but I’m currently a senior in high school and I just found out Baylor only has masters for biomedical engineering. So as a incoming freshman can I apply to engineering for masters in biomedical engineering or is it only once I’ve completed undergrad for biomedical engineering elsewhere? If I can’t apply as a freshman, what other major could I take at Baylor for bachelors and then apply for grad school for biomedical engineering?

You are nowhere near applying to a masters program. Get an undergrad degree first. Baylor allows you to major in Engineering with a specialization in Biomedical Engineering, which may be a good choice http://www.ecs.baylor.edu/engineering/undergraduate/index.php?id=29405

I would recommend an investigation of the pros and cons of bio-medical engineering found in the Engineering Majors folder before you settle on it for a bachelor’s degree because it seems that a BS in biomedical engineering isn’t always as useful as it may sound; if you’re going for a masters than I wouldn’t worry about that problem but there’s always the possibility of studying mechanical or electrical engineering and still applying for graduate school in biomedical engineering.
