Bionic Account Set up

Hey all,

Is anyone else having issues with getting their Bionic Accounts set up? I’ve been trying to contact the college help desk since I applied in December, and I always get sent to voice mail, and then later get an email saying I have to call the help desk again. If anyone’s got any insight on this, or like the best times to call, I’d really appreciate it!

I don’t know if you’ve already seen this, but you can find the hours for the Canaday help desk at https://www.brynmawr.edu/lits/hours. Maybe you haven’t called during the right hours? Good luck!
