<p>Duke, Wisconsin, Michigan, JHU, Stanford, UCSD, UCB, UCLA are some top ones.</p>
<p>Consider also WPI (Worcester Polytechnic Institute) in Massachusetts. A good second choice to nearby MIT. Strong reputation in the northeast.</p>
<p>Georiga Tech is ranked #4</p>
<p>Look at Rensselaer Polytechnic also.</p>
<p>Biotechnology is not really a major. Are you meaning bioengineering or another specialty of biosciences?</p>
