<p>You can access it I believe, but you can get caught if a copyright infringement notice is provided to Rice. Rice IT does enforce this.</p>
<p>You can access it and you probably won’t get caught unless you do it in mass quantities.</p>
<p>If you get caught, Rice will ban you from the network and fine you. You get internet access back once you pay the fine.</p>
