<p>I was wondering if anyone new when the Blacks @ Microsoft Scholarship would announce their 2014 scholarship recipients. The website says that if you apply by March 1, 2014 you should receive a decision by April 15,2014. Well it is almost May and I haven't heard anything yet. Also the email address at the bottom of the page does not work, I have tried to email them twice. There is no phone number either. Did anyone hear back from this scholarship? </p>
