Blind choice

Hello! I'm Bart, I'm 17, I come from Poland and I want to apply to some American universities. I keep on getting familiar with the American educational system and information regarding particular colleges, but I must admit that I'm overwhelmed by the number of colleges in USA. I'm not a rich person and it's obvious that I'll need much financial aid. My GPA fluctuates between 2.00 and 3.00. I'm interested in concentrating in Psychology as a major, I have a lot of extracurricular activities that I immerse myself in and a strong potential to fulfil my dreams. Are there any colleges that you would recommend to me?

Thank you
Bart

There are plenty of places that would be happy to take you if you could pay the full price. Since you can’t, your options are very limited. You need to read through everything at [EducationUSA | Study Abroad, Student Visa, University Fairs, College Applications and Study in the U.S. / America](http://www.educationusa.info/) and then you need to make an appointment with the counselors at the advising center closest to where you live. There are three in Poland [EducationUSA - Find an Advising Center](http://www.educationusa.info/Poland) These counselors are expert at helping students from your country find good places to study in the US. They will be able to tell you if any students like you have been accepted by a college or university here with enough financial aid so that they could attend.

Thank you very much!
