Hi everyone. I am applying to colleges and I am very interested in UNC for multiple reasons (atmostphere, well-known etc.) I really want to do BME but I'm very confused about the BME joint program with North Carolina State they display on their website. If I apply for BME at UNC, do I do my 4 years there (which I'd prefer), or will be switching around the two schools? Thanks! I'm applying to UNC because I hear it offers good financial aid, and I plan to continue my studies after undergrad.

The joint NCSU-UNC BME department is only for graduate students. Undergrad BME is part of the curriculum in applied sciences & engineering (case.unc.edu). I was told the bme track consists of 90% of all case students. So to answer your question, you’ll be at unc the whole time…
