<p>"total cost for a Virginia undergraduate living on campus will be $19,105 and a non-resident living on campus would be $34,858" for the calendar year 2013-2014.</p>

<p>It’s pretty common. Most universities start making these announcements now…and next year this time we’ll hear about more increases.</p>
