Books on higher education reform - Which one would you recommend?

I've been looking at books concerning higher education reform, and I was wondering which of these three books is the best read. I would buy them all, but... I don't want to spend all that money on three books about the same subject:

I've read all of the reviews, but I wondering you guys (being parents and all) have any recommendations on the subject?

When you say you’ve read the reviews, do you mean the reader reviews on Amazon or newspaper/periodical reviews? I’ve read reviews in the latter, and I think you can get the gist of each book that way. Unfortunately, I didn’t bookmark any of the reviews I read, so you’ll have to search on your own. I think all of them make some valid points, but they also tend to overgeneralize and get somewhat sloppy with data.

you can google “edububble” and read through the posts, the author will send you a free digital copy, too.

It doesn’t specifically relate to reform, but Mission and Money is a comprehensive overview of university financials.

I would buy Mark C. Taylor’s book. It seems like academically serious work. The other two seem like expos
