Books!!

I am going to enter as the class of 2013, and am going for the fourth orientation. I don't think there will be time to buy books so i was wondering if current students would be able to help me as to tell me what books to pre-purchase, that way there is no delay.

classes im taking/will be taking so far are

Bio 214/215
Chem 113
Math 125

What is your question? That you don’t think that you will have time to physically go to the bookstore? It’s not that far away and you don’t necessarily need to have them all before classes start (few, if any, classes assign much reading possibly even into the first week). Even so, I would suggest looking online for used books at Amazon or half.com because that is often a MUCH cheaper option (by the time you get on campus, most of the used books may be gone, unless you pre-order at the bookstore).
The booklist you need can be found on the bookstore website http://case.bncollege.com/</a>
just enter the semester and your class number.

I HIGHLY suggest you wait until the first week of classes and check out the Book Swap. You’ll find plenty of used books for those courses, and the prices aren’t as ridiculous as you’ll find at the bookstore.

Basically you go into Nord, and a few people at a time get to go into the bookswap room and look at the selection. You choose what you want, pay and you’re good to go. :)

I second waiting for TBPi book swap. Best deals, correct books, right on campus. Plus they are sold by other students, not the greedy bookstore.
