All ED decisions should come with a financial aid package. That’s part of the agreement. And if the financial aid is insufficient, you can get released from your commitment. But you have to prove it’s insufficient.
yes, i can still check my fin aid status
I dont think I can handle rejection today
can you see your status?
no just a bunch of alerts and notes
did everyone that applied for financial aid receive an email a week or so ago saying to disregard a text about an incomplete financial aid application? i received the email but never got a text.
lol same
yes but i received the text so…
does it say There are currently no required documents for this aid year?
no…
oh, i have no idea what that means? anyone else?
wait where does it say that for you
says that under Required Documents and Descriptions and under that there is a section for received and shows all of the docs that i sent
oh i think its bc i didnt actually finish sending stuff in which i am realizing just now… well thats not a good sign
mine says the same
anyone else want to weigh in about the text, if you had received it and what the fin aid portal says?
I didn’t receive the text but it says all my fin aid documents have been received
wait do you guys think my financial aid is complete even though the portal says it stills requires one document- I got the email from BC (about the text) but in that email they said they received my docs
the portal is most accurate, what document does it say is required (like w2, etc)? if it says something is required then it is not complete
but they never reached out to me about it so maybe they are just going to bypass it because its just my parents fafsa signature
