BU has anything but an ‘average business school’…

It’s not worth arguing with these people. BU is better than NU in practically every way and deep down they know it…but they can’t live with it. How else do you explain what these lunatics are doing on a BU-GW thread. Case closed.

Daddywarbucks,

You are in every way as guilty as the others. Your ad hominem responses only add fuel to the fire. This thread is irrelevant so stop posting. I hope that you aren’t a father because your level of maturity is pathetic.

I’ll be the mature one and stop

Wow Red_glory please relax. I’ve never seen so much school elitism.

your right…and im not even a student at northeastern (yet)

There’s no debate and no flames to fan. BU and GW are simply much better schools than NU. Deal with it.

GWU > BU in terms of campus and rank. Only go to BU if you are sure you want a challenge. Read up on the grade deflation issue at BU. You might have to try 3x as hard to get an A in a class.

Thanks for all the advice everyone.

It turns out I’m going to BU. I’ve payed and everything.

Both schools have pretty similar rep and rankings.

I’ve been to both Boston and DC. Boston is more city-like, and DC is quieter. Boston has more intellectuals (come on, Harvard is not so far away. Also there’s MIT, Amherst College, and other big ones in MA; DC only has Georgetown).

And as for the sucky names… BU is often confused for Boston College, but GWU is often confused for Georgetown.

GWU gives out more financial aids/scholarships and grants.

I chose BU though.
