Bragging Time.

Same here! I’m starting to hate honors classes.

I got A’s in all my APs but B’s in two of my honors classes…

@Smrtical‌

The teachers are sooooo bad. And the whole thing is such a stupid system…

Ugh.

Ooh, I was the only sophomore in AP Calc and AP Physics this year. That’s something cool, right?

@apollo11 @‌Smrtical
It’s the same for me too! My AP Class was one of the easier classes. But Honors USH (the AP teacher is the worst and can’t teach to save her life) was rough. It was all I could do to have an A.

@Smrtical‌ @imagineer10‌

My AP Physics teacher is genuinely horrible, but my Honors English and UConn Economics teachers are also mind-numbing politically incorrect and bad at teaching.

@Apollo11 @‌Smrtical
Really, there are only about 4 teachers in my school that can actually teach. I always find myself teaching myself. Thank goodness I am going to a community college my senior year!

Why is it not tagging @Smrtical‌

Oh… There we go.
(My apologies for 3 posts in a row!)

@imagineer10‌

I’m already taking college courses and finding out that the teachers are still pretty bad

@‌Apollo11
Yeah… I took 2 this past year, and he was definitely not the best. He taught English 101 and 102. Since English is my WORST subject, I did not mind what so ever. He let us out of class 30 min early every day and they only work thaI t did was a few required essays (almost all a mere 3 pages long). So it was extremely easy, especially since her was not a strict grader.
Plus, he is writing me an amazing teacher Rec!

@imagineer10‌

Those teachers are way better than the hard-$@# teachers who teach low-level, random classes

@Apollo11‌
Absolutely. We have much more important things to do in our busy lives than busy work and studying for DAILY 5 question fill in the blank quizzes that could include questions from any point in the year (my Honors USH reference).

My issue comes from teachers who might not post any homework on my school’s intranet until the class or change everything all the time while not communicating well and arbitrarily assigning grades.

Yeah… That would be an issue. My teacher was unfortunately VERY clear on our homework assignments.

Our math teachers are great, while our social studies teachers are darn awful.

@Smrtical‌
Opposite for me

I haven’t cried at all this week. Not even once.

No tears, no fears

In the 8th and 9th grade I was usually the 2nd or 3rd fastest person in the time trials of Real Racing 2. It’s an IOS simulator racing game with decent Physics, so it actually requires some skill. And I was fastest in the world out of about a million people for 7 hours.

I also just ate like 15-20 strawberries. I don’t know if that is healthy.
