Brandeis or Wash U

How are you?

Could you give your advice here?

I would like to major in International Relations/Politics/Co-existence studies
And also would like to take either Spanish/Arabic and Chinese.

I would need to pay Wash U another $5,000.

I am an older student(23 year old)

Academically, they are very close.
In Brandeis’ favor is that it’s smaller and in a much, much better location to be a student (Boston v. St. Louis).
In Wash U.'s favor is that it has one of the nicest campuses that there is, while Brandeis has probably the ugliest campus in the US for a high-ranked school (if those sort of superficial things are important for you).
